Why participate in CRiS events?

CRiS promotes information initiatives and education courses/trainings at both regional and national level.

CriS organizes annual conferences/meeting on specific topics related to neurorehabilitation as well as workshops on the application of innovative methodologies involving the use of digital technology, artificial intelligence, robotics and telerehabilitation.

CRiS also organizes training/educational courses on the most common physical and cognition disabling neurological diseases devoted to medical specialists, general practitioners and paramedics.

CRiS is aimed to improve and develop specific expertise in the rehabilitation of spinal cord disorders, in particular by establishing a facility dedicated to acute and chronic inflammatory diseases (myelitis in the context of multiple sclerosis, the spectrum of anti-APQ4 and anti-MOG optic neuromyelitis, as well as post-infectious inflammatory forms and complications of systemic autoimmunity) with a particular focus on pediatric patients and young adults with a long life expectancy.

In collaboration with the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA) of the University of Padua, CRiS has developed a Formative Training on 1) Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Dementia focusing on the early diagnosis and cognitive rehabilitation of individuals aged >60 yrs suffering of MCI, 2) early mild cognitive decline in young individuals with inflammatory central nervous system disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, MOGAD-associated diseases and autoimmune encephalitis.

CRis will operated in concert with other neuro-rehabilitation center of the north-east area of Italy in developing new protocols and guidelines in order to extend and apply the rules of good clinical practice in neuro-riabilitation.
